Looking for part-time nanny for 2babies as of July

We are looking for a nanny to take care of our newborn twins part-time (4 hours a day, 5 days a week) as of July 2021 (they will be newborns) until at least November 2021. We live in Merl. We speak French, English and Hindi. Experience with newborns is a must and experience with twins is a plus. References/recommendations are also needed.
