Looking for a nice person to look after our kids

Hello,
From mid-September, we are looking for a nice, trustworthy and reliable person to take care of our adorable 3-year old son and our equally adorable 1-year old daughter (play in their room, read them stories, take them to the park, maybe give them a bath and/or dinner, etc.).
My wife and/or myself would be at home, so the aim would be (i) to get some extra help and (ii) to expose our kids to a foreign language (they both are French-speakers). To the latter end, we are looking for someone that is a native English speaker.
We are flexible on the days, but we need
someone 2 days a week (any days from Monday to Thursday, not Friday), between around 18:30 and 20:30.
We live in Belair, just next to the Parc de Merl.
Remuneration in adequacy with diplomas and experience.
References required.
