Looking for a housekeeper and nanny for our 2 y.o.

Looking for a great housekeeper that can come to our house Mon-Fri in the afternoon around 3pm, do housework (cleaning, washing, hironing), pick up my daughter at the nursery close by around 5:30pm, bring her home, play with her and help prepare dinner, staying with us til 8pm.
Requirements:
- attention to details
- experience with young kids
- friendly
- great cook is a plus
- Chinese speaker a plus (we'd love our daughter to learn the language at a early age)
- long term commitment required
