Dear Host Family,
First of all I want to thank you for reading my letter and for giving me a chance to give you a little impression of me and the reasons why I would like to become an AU Pair.
I would be really grateful if you’ll give me the chance to learn more about your culture which is why I want to become an AU Pair. I am Arianne Pamela S. Parreño, 23 years old, born on the 6th of September, 1995. I’m a Filipino citizen. My parents are Romeo and Bernadette. I am the middle child and I have 4 other siblings. I graduated last October 2016 at Holy Cross of Davao College with a Degree of Bachelor of Elementary major in Special Education. I took the Licensure Examination for Teachers last March 2017 and fortunately, I passed it.
Since May 2017, I’ve worked as a Preschool Teacher at Frances Academia De Athena. I am in a group with 23 children ages 3-6 years old. As I’ve started teaching, I had the opportunity to interact with diverse student populations including disabled children. I had also an experience being an Au Pair in the Netherlands.I know this is my calling especially taking care of children which I can apply my knowledge and share my values. I know how to cook simple dishes and I’m good in cleaning also. The reason why I want become an AU pair is that I want to experience your culture and your values. The most important reason is that I really like children because they represent all the innocence which we lost growing up. If you’ll give me a chance to be a part of your family, I’ll be grateful. We can help each other to learn new possible things based on your culture and my culture. We can help each other molding your children to the most possible way they could be.
